This new design proposes an antibacterial filter cartridge suitable for filtering the coolant of an AI server liquid-cooling system, comprising an outer frame, a filter-material layer, and a composite antibacterial layer. The outer frame includes a plurality of openings. The filter-material layer is disposed inside the outer frame and forms multiple filtration channels through a folded structure. The composite antibacterial layer is disposed on one surface of the filter-material layer and contains two or three materials selected from silver, copper, zinc, and titanium. In 2004, Kan-I International Corp. invested in producing and selling KNC bearings and KANER filter cartridges. The bearing division covers harmonic reducers, micro bearings, deep-groove ball bearings, stainless-steel bearings, angular-contact bearings, ceramic bearings, engineering-plastic bearings, high-temperature bearings, thin-wall bearings, crossed-roller bearings, self-aligning bearings, and thrust bearings; the industries served include wind power, solar photovoltaics, aerospace technology, radio-controlled models, medical instruments, pump equipment, high-temperature furnace equipment, automation machinery, the TFT-LCD industry, the optoelectronic panel industry, semiconductor packaging, and the robotics industry, etc. The filter-cartridge division focuses on the R&D and production of various filtration products such as pleated cartridges, melt-blown cartridges, filter bags, and filtration equipment. KANER filter cartridges have a wide range of applications, for example in the chemical, electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and printing/water-treatment industries.
