Company profile
JAINNHER MACHINE CO., LTD. was founded in Taiwan in 1982 and produces precision grinding machines under its own JAINNHER brand. The company’s production history encompasses more than 22 grinding-machine series, including equipment used for advanced wafer-material processing. JAINNHER serves customers in more than 40 countries across Asia, the Americas and Europe and provides complete technical support for precision grinding applications. JAINNHER was established in November 1982, with capital of US$5.1 million and 129 employees. Its factory is in Taichung Industrial Park in Taiwan, occupying 17,000 m² of land with a plant area of 11,130 m². JAINNHER’s research, development and technical teams design and manufacture the machine series in-house to control product quality and operating stability. Its production approach uses stabilization technology and process control, supported by services before and after machine delivery. Application sectors include aerospace, transportation, cutting tools, medical components, consumer products and precision mechanical parts, with customized solutions for different industries. JAINNHER’s sales network reaches European locations such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, as well as Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asian markets. Other sales-network locations include Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Egypt, Brazil, Chile, the United States, Canada and Mexico. Its machine-tool specialization includes centerless, cylindrical, internal, center-hole, double-spindle, vertical and thread grinding machines. JAINNHER also addresses grinding requirements in automotive and bicycle manufacturing, molds, pneumatic tools, transmission components, consumer goods and the semiconductor and AI supply chains. For large cylindrical workpieces, the company offers the JHV vertical grinder family, including JHV-1006CNC and JHV-1008CNC. The JHI internal grinder family provides NC and CNC variants, with conversational operation on NC machines and selectable grinding cycles on CNC machines. The cylindrical-grinder lineup includes the JHU universal cylindrical grinding machine. Further European sales-network markets include Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Slovenia and Lithuania. Other European and adjacent sales locations include Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Estonia, Israel, Turkey and Azerbaijan. In Asia the sales network also covers Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The Central and South American network further includes Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador and Paraguay.
Exhibits
Centerless grinding machines are available in manual, NC and CNC configurations under the JHC series, including JHC-12BN, JHC-18, JHC-20 and JHC-2408H/2410H/2412H variants. The JHC-2408T and JHC-2424T models use a feed arrangement along the symmetrical axis direction of the grinding and regulating wheels. The JHC centerless series processes workpieces without center holes; wide wheels improve material-removal efficiency, and optional automatic loading and unloading supports high-volume production. Centerless grinding applications span aerospace components, automotive parts and machine-tool components. Manual, NC and CNC cylindrical grinders are offered in the JHU family, with model variants such as JHU-2706, 3506, 2710, 3510, 2715, 3515, 2720 and 3520. JHU cylindrical grinders work between centers to grind the outer diameter and shoulder end faces of cylindrical, conical and other shaped workpieces. Universal cylindrical versions can be fitted with an internal grinding attachment to machine internal diameters and internal tapers. CNC plunge and angular cylindrical grinding equipment includes JHP-2003/3506/3510/4006/4010 and JHA-2003/3505/3508/4005/4008 models. The JHP plunge grinding series is designed for hard and brittle materials encountered in semiconductor and AI supply-chain processing. NC and CNC internal grinding models include JHI-150NC/CNC, JHI-150BCNC, JHI-3006NC/CNC and JHI-3012NC/CNC. JHI internal grinders remove material from internal bores to achieve specified internal dimensions and surface finishes for bearings, aerospace, energy and precision machine components. For JHI-3006 and JHI-3012 grinders, the stated internal-diameter grinding range is Ø20–300 mm, with hand scraping used to support machine precision and stability. The NC internal grinders have a conversational interface, while the CNC models provide selectable grinding cycles and can be integrated with automation to increase productivity. The JHD double-spindle CNC family includes JHD-3205IO, 3205II, 3205IU and 1503IO. JHD double-spindle equipment can grind internal diameters, external diameters and end faces in a single setup, reducing repeated clamping and production changeovers. With alternative spindle configurations, JHD machines also address taper grinding, cams and eccentric holes. Center-hole grinders comprise the JHG-1510, JHG-1015 and JHG-1020 models. The JHG center-hole series improves center-hole geometry for subsequent external-diameter grinding of tools, spindles, tool holders, gear shafts and heat-treated transmission shafts. JHV-1006CNC and JHV-1008CNC are vertical grinding machines for large cylindrical parts used in ships, aircraft, energy equipment, precision machine tools and hydraulic assemblies. The JHV vertical grinders handle a maximum internal diameter of Ø800 mm and a maximum external diameter of Ø1,000 mm; the German-made hydrostatic table holds workpieces weighing up to 1,600 kg. The JHV hydrostatic rotary table provides radial and axial runout precision for workpieces requiring controlled cylindricity and surface roughness. The thread-grinding line includes the JHT-4010 CNC machine for high-precision thread processing. JHT thread grinders process ball screws, general threads, spindles, T-threads and worm shafts, with an optional Smart Machine Function to achieve tighter tolerances. Its application services encompass through-feed, in-feed, tapered, multi-step, curved and end-face grinding for tools, hardware and pneumatic parts. The company also applies grinding to molds, machined guide pins, medical parts, transmissions and everyday consumer-product components. Customer support includes equipment automation options based on production demands and technical consultation before and after machine delivery. Internal-grinding automation can be evaluated against customer workpiece drawings to select a suitable grinding and productivity solution. The JHU universal cylindrical grinder is available alongside JAINNHER’s specialized internal, centerless, vertical and other grinding-machine types. The JHC centerless family additionally offers 12S, 12H, 18S, 18H, 18A, 18AS, 18AH, 18B, 18BH, 18BS, 20S and 20H variants alongside its base models. Grinding processes use high-speed rotating wheels to remove excess surface material and can machine both metals and nonmetals, including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, hard metal, glass and ceramics.
