HEATACT SUPER CONDUCTIVE HEAT - TECH CO., LTD. is a professional manufacturer focused on developing and manufacturing heating elements and was the first supplier to produce heating pads in Taiwan. The company has many years of product-development experience in electric heating products and supplies industrial and general-purpose heating elements. Since 1979, its manufacturing background has included wound heaters and wound heating elements for warming and defogging applications. Wound-heater applications include car rear-view mirror mist cleaning, bathroom mirror defogging, quilt warming, refrigerator defrosting, electronic thermo flasks and seat-cushion warming. HEATACT combines its in-house electric-heating technology with configurable heater materials, hot-air equipment and household warming products. The wound-heating-element business addresses both anti-fog and warming functions, using the same core heater-manufacturing capability across mirrors, bedding, refrigeration, drink-warming equipment and seating products.

Heating Elements are a core product category and can be customized in different types and materials according to application requirements. Polyester Heaters are specified for an operating-temperature range of -25 to 120 ℃. Polyimide Heaters are specified for -240 to 310 ℃, and Silicone Rubber Heaters for -200 to 300℃. Mica Heaters are specified for -200 to 1000 ℃, while Transparent Heaters are specified for -25 to 120 ℃. Hot Air Drying Machines and Industrial Hot Air Heating Equipment integrate heating elements with air-delivery systems for drying, baking and industrial process heating. The hot-air equipment family includes Box Type, Multi-blade Type and Axial Flow Type machines, along with Super Conductive Warm Air Blower standards and Exhaust Fan products. Household Appliances and General-Purpose Heating Products apply HEATACT's in-house electric-heating technology to warming and daily-use products. Household products include a Dual-Vortex Hair Dryer and a Superconducting Warm Air Fan. The household range also includes Heated Mattress and Heated Seat Cushion products, a USB Heating Vest and a Heated Food Delivery Bag. A Far Infrared Portable Sauna is also included in the general-purpose heating-product lineup. Across these product groups, HEATACT supplies heating-pad manufacturing, wound heating elements, customizable heater materials and industrial hot-air drying and heating equipment. For mirror applications, wound heating elements are used for car rear-view mirror mist cleaning and bathroom mirror defogging. For household warming, wound heating elements are applied to quilt warming and seat-cushion warming. For appliance thermal control, wound heating elements are used for refrigerator defrosting and electronic thermo-flask heating. The five heater-material families cover polyester, polyimide, silicone rubber, mica and transparent heaters, giving the product line operating ranges from sub-zero temperatures up to the 1000 ℃ maximum stated for mica heaters. The hot-air equipment range combines heater and airflow hardware in box, multi-blade and axial-flow formats and also includes warm-air blower and exhaust-fan products. The household range extends the same electric-heating technology into personal drying, room or local warm-air delivery, bedding and seating warmth, wearable heating, food-delivery heat retention and portable far-infrared sauna use.
