The HANALOVE HA Series is scheduled for launch in 2027 and is built on more than 50 years of OEM supply experience; it is designed for semiconductor wet processes and other harsh chemical environments, using a dual-layer CSM/NBR structure that combines resistance to strong acids and alkalis with flexibility and workability. HANALOVE HA Series gloves are offered in various sizes, lengths, thicknesses and inner finishes so the same chemical-protection concept can be supplied in multiple physical configurations. Glovebox gloves for semiconductor manufacturing, research laboratories and controlled environments use a CSM/NBR dual-layer structure for chemical resistance, ozone resistance, durability and flexibility; high abrasion resistance helps reduce rubber particles caused by wear, and versions are available for 7-inch and 8-inch glovebox ports. Sulfur-free finger cots for gold, silver, copper and other sulfur-sensitive components use the CSM/NBR dual-layer structure to help prevent sulfur-induced corrosion while providing abrasion resistance and durability; they are silicone-free, powder-free and latex-free, and can be cleaned with alcohol and reused. Heavy-duty natural-rubber gloves are intended for medium- and low-concentration acids and alkalis; the 1 mm-thick construction is paired with flexible material and powerful grip, while No.416L adds enhanced inner and outer grip performance and an extended cuff. The Lucky Finger Cot (Antibacterial)® is an antibacterial general-purpose finger cot with resistance to abrasion and tearing, a specially processed anti-slip surface suited to wet glass and mirrors, and a conspicuous color intended to reduce loss or accidental mixing into products or production lines. Its A, B and C sizes have inner diameters of 21.5, 18.5 and 15.5 mm, lengths of 52, 46 and 40 mm, and a common thickness of 0.4 mm; stated uses include assembly, inspection, light work, agriculture, flower picking and newspaper-insert work. The HYPER FINGER COT® uses a sulfur-free formulation for parts such as gold, silver and copper that are sensitive to sulfur, resists abrasion and puncture, can be used repeatedly and contains no silicone; applications include semiconductor, electronic-component, PCB, LCD, automotive-component, precision-equipment and watch-assembly factories. HYPER FINGER COTS are listed as No.1, No.2 and No.3 with inner diameters of 18.5, 15.5 and 13 mm, a standard length of 33 mm and thickness of 0.18 mm, with a 55 mm long version also available. The oil-resistant finger cot is made of nitrile rubber and comes in three types, standard with anti-slip, no anti-slip and strong anti-slip; it resists abrasion and puncture and is intended for precision-part finishing, equipment adjustment and assembly, cutting, grinding, and work involving machine oil, cutting oil or grinding fluid. Its thick, medium and thin sizes have inner diameters of 20, 18.5 and 15.5 mm, lengths of 70, 70 and 60 mm and thickness of 0.4 mm, and the length can be cut with scissors to suit the task. The conductive products include Conductive Lucky with anti-slip and Conductive Thin without anti-slip, both stated with surface resistance of 1×105~7Ω for preventing production problems caused by static electricity in electronics and other static-sensitive assembly or inspection work, while still allowing touchscreen operation when worn. Conductive Lucky is listed in 21.5, 18.5 and 15.5 mm inner diameters with 52, 46 and 40 mm lengths and 0.3 mm thickness, while Conductive Thin adds a fourth 13 mm size, keeps a 45 mm length across its four sizes and uses a thinner 0.2 mm construction for workability with durability. The household and industrial Hanaki Finger Cot is positioned for hard work, combines flexibility with resistance to weak acids, weak alkalis, abrasion and tearing, comes in six sizes and has a made-to-order non-silicone type; uses include assembly, inspection, polishing and handling hard or sharp glass, mirrors, lenses, aluminum, plated materials and copper wire. Tough Brown® is a thick industrial finger cot for heavy work, described for strong abrasion and tear resistance, use with low- and medium-concentration chemicals and six-size availability; it also conforms to the Food Sanitation Act and is used in forestry and horticulture, aquatic-product processing, metal and jewelry polishing and shoe polishing. The solvent-resistant finger cot is polyurethane, resists organic solvents and oil as well as abrasion and puncture, is designed so adhesive items such as tape and seals are less likely to stick, and can be cut to length; listed applications include metal surface treatment, parts or machinery cleaning and finishing, chemical manufacturing and tape-handling work. The Santo Finger Cot (Antibacterial) uses a specially processed surface for anti-slip performance, has a large inner diameter so it can be worn over cotton or work gloves, combines abrasion and tear resistance with antibacterial processing, is described for government-agency use, and is offered in six sizes for printing-material handling, light assembly, newspaper inserts and mail sorting. The Nanako Finger Cot is described as a long-selling product dating from the early Showa period, with a diagonal lattice pattern for grip and durability plus a soft, flexible feel for light assembly; its large, medium and small sizes are 21, 18 and 15 mm inner diameter, 50, 47 and 40 mm long, and 0.4 mm thick. The Wartner Finger Cot (Antibacterial)® emphasizes strong anti-slip performance and uses ventilation holes to reduce fingertip stuffiness during long periods of light assembly; four sizes are listed with 13, 15, 17 and 20 mm inner diameters, 24, 26, 28 and 28 mm lengths, and 0.8 mm thickness. The industrial finger-cot instructions specify cleaning with diluted neutral detergent and thorough rinsing for many products, or alcohol wiping for selected oil- and solvent-resistant types, followed by shade drying; storage instructions call for avoiding ultraviolet light and high temperatures and keeping products in a cool, low-humidity place, and natural-rubber products carry a latex-allergy warning except the Wartner Finger Cot (Antibacterial).
