The system supports multiple storage functions and accommodates 8-inch Smif Pods, 12-inch FOUPs, and 8-inch or 12-inch Metal Cassettes within the same storage platform. Despite its compact footprint, Zip Stocker is designed for high storage capacity, allowing semiconductor materials and carriers to be concentrated in a relatively small equipment area. Operators can load wafer boxes into Zip Stocker, after which Gyro robots can perform the loading and unloading operations needed for automated material transfer.
