Grikin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.(GRIKIN)는 China GRINM GROUP Corporation Limited에 속하며 GRINM Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.의 완전 자회사입니다. 2000년 10월 설립되었고 연혁은 1992년 설립된 Rare and Precious Metal Materials Research Institute와 그 이전의 귀금속, 티타늄, 합금 연구까지 이어집니다. 완전 자회사로 Grikin Advanced Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd.와 Trillion Metals Co., Ltd.를 두고 있습니다. 기술 전문 분야는 microelectronics 및 photoelectron applications용 고순도 박막 재료, 희소·귀금속 기능 재료, 백금족 금속 재료의 연구개발, 생산, 판매입니다. 초고순도 원료 정제부터 sputtering target 및 evaporation material 개발·생산, 최종 제품 제조까지 이어지는 수직통합 산업 플랫폼을 구축했습니다. ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 인증을 보유하고 산하 시험센터는 ISO17025 및 CNAS laboratory accreditation을 취득했습니다. 전신 조직은 1983년 귀금속 분말 및 paste 연구를 시작했고 1992년 Rare and Precious Metal Materials Research Institute를 설립했으며 2000년 10월 18일 회사를 설립했습니다. 2003년 Beijing Changping Science and Technology Park로 이전했고 2004년 6월 1일 Shanghai Gold Exchange 회원이 되었으며 2005년 4~6인치 Al, Ti, NiPt target 양산을 시작하고 2006년 6N 초고순도 Cu를 국산 고성능 sputtering target과 evaporation material 생산에 적용했습니다. 2010년 high-purity material production base를 건설하고 2011년 이전을 완료했으며 같은 해 SMIC qualified supplier가 되었습니다. 2012년 National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise로 지정되었고 2014년 GRINM Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.의 완전 자회사가 되면서 현재 사명을 사용했습니다. 2016년 8인치 Co target이 TSMC validation을 통과했고 2018년 8~12인치 target production line이 가동되었으며 Pt-Ni 및 Pt-W ultrafine biomedical wires가 양산되었고 2019년 high-purity CuAl/CuMn targets가 SMIC 28 nm 공정에 양산 공급되었습니다. 2021년 12인치 NiPt targets가 Yangtze Memory Technologies와 SMIC에서 양산 적용되었고 Grikin Advanced Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd.가 설립되었습니다. 2022년 large-size high-purity rare-earth metal target project가 acceptance를 통과하고 AlSc alloy targets가 5G RF filters와 smart sensing에 적용되었습니다. Grikin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.는 microelectronics 및 photoelectron applications용 PVD thin-film materials를 연구개발, 생산, 판매하며 집적회로용 ultra-high-purity metal sputtering targets와 evaporation materials를 포함합니다. 포트폴리오는 high-purity metal materials, rare and precious metal functional materials, precious metal and rare metal products, platinum group metals도 포함합니다. 생산 경로는 ultra-high-purity raw materials에서 sputtering targets와 evaporation materials까지 이어져 정제부터 완제품까지 vertical integration을 구성합니다. target 관련 실적에는 4~6인치 Al, Ti, NiPt targets, TSMC validation을 통과한 8인치 Co target, 8~12인치 target production line, 28 nm 공정에 공급된 high-purity CuAl/CuMn targets, 국내 집적회로 제조사가 양산 사용한 12인치 NiPt targets가 포함됩니다. 또한 5G RF filters와 smart sensing용 AlSc alloy targets를 개발했고 2022년 large-size high-purity rare-earth metal target project acceptance를 완료했습니다.
