Exhibitor profile

Exhibits

For rail transit, Giantlok Co., Ltd. supplies wiring products designed for high weather resistance in harsh operating environments. Its UV-resistant cable tie is made from specially formulated UV polyamide 6,6 (PA66), is UL certified, complies with ASTM D6779, and resists long-term ultraviolet radiation. Its ball-lock stainless-steel band is designed for fast installation and combines UV resistance, high-temperature resistance, low smoke, and halogen-free characteristics for harsh environments. Copper tube terminals comply with DIN standards, use refined red copper with a tin-plated surface to prevent oxidation, and are intended for cable ends in electrical equipment. Cold-weather nylon ties are UL certified, impact resistant and UV resistant, and are designed for outdoor rail-transit wiring infrastructure at -40°C. Tefzel® ties use DuPont Tefzel® (ETFE) fluoroplastic, carry UL quality certification, and maintain corrosion resistance and strength over an operating-temperature range of -70 to 170°C. The portfolio also includes PVC quick-connect male and female terminals with mechanical strength, conductivity, vibration resistance, and high-current performance; UL-certified PA66 94V-2 nylon marker ties; screw-hole integrated nylon mounting ties; and PP corrugated conduit for flexible cable protection. Heat-resistant nylon ties are made from UL-certified PA6,6 flame-rating 94V-2 PA66 and support operating temperatures up to 121°C (248°F). PVC wiring ducts use rigid PVC and comply with UL94 V-0 flame-retardancy requirements for wiring in electrical equipment and control panels, while nylon cable glands meet IP68 water- and dust-protection requirements. Giantlok Co., Ltd. organizes its product range across fasteners, stainless-steel parts, wire-protection parts, wiring terminals, and application tools.
