The D-ReX PoS2 is designed for demanding point-of-sampling applications in semiconductor manufacturing and uses an integrated pump to extract sample gas over distances of up to 30 meters while smart sensors enable detection of more than 60 gases. Optional Line Integrity Monitoring continuously checks the sampling line for leaks or blockages, while integration options include 4-20 mA, RS-485/Modbus RTU, Ethernet/Modbus TCP, Power over Ethernet, and an integrated web server. The D-ReX family provides three application-specific arrangements: PoU for diffusion monitoring at the installation location, PoS for extractive monitoring with an integrated pump and sampling distances up to 30 meters, and PoI for remote diffusion monitoring using an external sensor cartridge that can be installed up to 1,200 meters from the D-ReX. Py-ReX extends D-ReX monitoring to selected semiconductor process gases including NF3, CH3F, and DCE. The GMA400 provides centralized control and evaluation for complex fixed gas-detection systems, with a single controller able to monitor up to 128 digital transmitters or measurement channels, which is intended for facilities with many monitoring points. The CC28 continuously monitors combustible gases and vapors and complements specialized semiconductor process-gas detection in areas such as exhaust and abatement systems where combustible gases can present an additional hazard. Satellix by Sensorix is a plug-and-play replacement-sensor range for existing Satellite XT transmitters and detects more than 30 gases used in semiconductor processes, including AsH3, PH3, SiH4, HF, HCl, HBr, Cl2, NH3, and H2. GfG's broader portfolio includes portable detectors, stationary gas-detection systems, and the GMA200 series of controllers for fixed gas detection, allowing personal, local, and centralized monitoring functions to be combined according to the application.
