Gemitek Corporation is dedicated to professional technical maintenance of Chiller equipment. Founded in 2009, Gemitek focuses on professional technical maintenance and service of Chiller cooling and heating equipment. To meet diversified market demand and improve service efficiency and quality, Gemitek continues to work with ATS to advance equipment development, and trains professional engineering staff to provide technical guidance and support. Our strength lies in offering complete customer technical service, including one-stop solutions covering production, installation, modification, maintenance and sales of Chiller equipment. CXF fluoride ion gas detection room: in order to serve advanced-process semiconductor manufacturers and maintain the highest quality standards, the company has installed several fluoride ion gas detection instruments and a test cleanroom, and introduced international high-standard carbon fluoride analysis equipment to inspect the fluoride gas content (ppb level) of every Chiller before shipment. For maintenance service, Gemitek operates professional service stations in each region staffed with technical engineering teams; the maintenance scope is cooling equipment (Chiller), and the brands serviced include ATS of the United States, SMC, Edward and Daikin of Japan, and Lauda of Germany. In September 2012 Gemitek established a manufacturing department in Taiwan together with ATS Japan and began producing temperature control equipment systems in Taiwan; more than 4,000 units have since been deployed in the semiconductor industry. Main activities are equipment assembly, machine wiring integration, component fabrication and product packaging. The company obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification on 29 February 2024, and obtained three patents on 1 May 2025 for an automatic liquid replenishment system, a liquid resistance detector and a fluorine detection system.
