For in-house probes and probe cards, the company develops probe-production equipment and controls key technologies in probe materials, chemicals and metal synthesis, producing customized probe types from research into metal composition and material characteristics with special chemicals and MEMS methods. Each probe type undergoes two million high- and low-temperature pressure-cycle tests for operation in extreme test environments.
