Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Taiwan, CHELPIS has long focused on the research, development, and implementation of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) technology. As the only technical team in Asia deeply involved in the NIST PQC standardization process, our technology is NIST CAVP FIPS 203, 204, and 205 validated. In 2023, we established Asia’s first Quantum-Safe Migration Center (QSMC) to lay the security foundation for the quantum era for enterprises and critical infrastructure. With the rapid evolution of AI and the maturation of quantum computing capabilities, the risk of HNDL (Harvest Now, Decrypt Later) attacks has emerged, posing a critical security challenge to traditional encryption systems. CHELPIS builds high-standard quantum-safe protection for government, military, financial, and corporate clients. Our core business covers Quantum-Safe AI Data Centers, Quantum-Safe Migration Services, PQC Cryptographic Libraries, and hardware security technologies for UAVs and IC chips. Our technology has been practically deployed across various critical application scenarios, enabling large-scale system migration within 30 days and achieving encryption latency of less than 1ms in Low Earth Orbit satellite (SATCOM) and industrial automation environments. We adopt US NDAA-compliant standards and follow FEOC-Free supply chain management principles to ensure that AI infrastructure and core data operate stably in the quantum era, creating the core of digital trust for the quantum age. Our product PQ-IC deeply embeds quantum-resistant defense into silicon wafers, creating a plug-and-play hardware-level Root of Trust for edge computing and critical vehicles. It safeguards data security across various hardware, including unmanned systems, ensuring that commands and transmissions remain immune to decryption by quantum computing power. The chip complies with international regulatory standards and Non-Red Supply Chain requirements, making it the premier core solution for constructing hardware defense lines for high-security IoT and dual-use critical equipment.
