公司簡介
Chain Sun（ChainSun tech）成立於2010年。發展歷程：2010年4月 投入半導體石英／矽（Si）零件貿易業務。2018年10月 於中國設立分公司。2019年7月 成立半導體預防保養（PM）團隊。2020年8月 成立零件工廠。2020年9月 成立半導體設備研發團隊。2021年4月 開發出第一台設備。2021年6月 首台設備導入 DRAM 晶圓廠。2021年6月 發展工業4.0與智慧製造。2021年7月 首套工業4.0與智慧設備導入 DRAM 晶圓廠。2023年8月 工業4.0與智慧設備導入石化廠。
