Company profile

Analogue Insight Ltd is a fabless semiconductor company founded in 2024 and headquartered in London, specializing in high-performance analogue and mixed-signal design and developing standard and custom IP, custom silicon, and SoC and chiplet programmes for semiconductor companies, including IP tailored for advanced SoC and Chiplet applications. With experience in 6G transceivers, Wi-Fi 7 and high-speed SerDes interfaces, the company is building an IP portfolio for high-speed serial-link technology focused on chiplets that increase data throughput, reduce latency and reduce power consumption for high-bandwidth, AI, industrial and automotive applications, and it offers semiconductor design consultancy and turnkey solutions. Analogue Insight Ltd supports clients across North America and Europe, collaborates with partners working on advanced technology nodes, seeks partnerships with Taiwanese organizations and APAC expansion, and identifies collaboration opportunities in co-development of chiplet technologies for AI, industrial and automotive applications, CRD industrial-research partnerships, foundry and research-institute partnerships to reduce development cycles, enhance reliability and accelerate market entry, emerging interface designs, R&D pipeline expansion and supply-chain relationships. The company grew organically to more than 30 engineers in under three years, states that it has been profitable, self-funded and cash-positive from the start with no external investors, and says its team heritage includes high-speed data converters, SerDes, PLLs and RF systems at Socionext, Intel, MaxLinear, Texas Instruments, Broadcom and Synopsys. Analogue Insight Ltd operates a follow-the-sun team across eight locations, London (HQ), Villach, Tallinn, Yerevan, Bologna, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Portland, runs customer work in segregated environments behind each customer's firewall under UK contracts and NDAs with no cross-customer data or IP contamination, and lists 374+ combined years of engineering experience, 81% of engineers with more than ten years of experience, 7 PhDs and 12 engineering disciplines from analog & RF to layout. Its delivered-silicon track record includes multiple tape-outs on 2nm at two leading-edge foundries, cross-foundry IP porting verified through GDS, node and foundry breadth from 45nm to 2nm across TSMC, Samsung, GF and UMC, and team heritage including 100GSa/s+ converters, ISSCC-published ADCs and Wi-Fi 6/7 silicon in mass production; the company also states that it has no debt or investor dependency, maintains senior coverage across disciplines and locations, low attrition, comprehensive insurance and a UK legal framework, and operates under Analogue Insight IP Group with Analogue Insight Custom Design (UK) and Analogue Insight Safe (US) active, Analogue Opto (UK) in preparation, plus active membership in the UCIe Consortium and OCP.
