A-Tech is the first one, and the only company which focus on CQC bulk gas system field including, manufacture and after service. The characteristic of A-Tech is that each employee is familiar with these analysis instruments, and provides professional knowledge for our customers. The technical team, worked in semiconductor industrial since 1994, has been very acquainted with the demand and requirement of bulk gas monitorying system in 6”, 8” and 12” fab. Hundreds of analysis instruments, moved in the fab, were sold and maintained by A-Tech not only in Taiwan, but also in mainland China. Each customer believes A-Tech is the best vendor in CQC bulk gas system because of the performance and technical consultant not only in the current system maintain, but also in the new project. We also set up a branch company, located in Shanghai & Suzhou Industrial Park to provide the best service for our customers in China.
